- Joel Delizo Added 2017-09-23★ ★ ★ ★ ☆At most places that serve poutine, you are given more fries than cheese curds. Here at Caillette, it's the opposite. You'll have plenty of cheese curds after you polish off those fries. The poutine is excellent and can safely rival the poutine at Ashton's in the Québec City area.
